• Preparing dough from scratch – you will learn the right ratio of eggs and flour, kneading, resting and rolling techniques
• Forming different shapes – tagliatelle , pappardelle , ravioli , tortelloni … you choose what you want to master
• Working with fresh ingredients – quality eggs, flour, olive oil, aromatic herbs and simple sauces
• Professional tips – tricks for dough elasticity, proper cooking and creating your own combinations
• Tasting – all the pasta we prepare is cooked and tasted with freshly prepared sauces
